From stock orders to payment dues, one connected platform for suppliers and retailers.
Challenge
Small suppliers and retailers often manage stock orders, customer-specific prices, deliveries, payments and udhaar across paper ledgers, phone calls and chat messages. The challenge was to replace these disconnected workflows with a simple bilingual mobile experience while keeping order and financial records consistent for both sides.
Solution
Designed and developed two connected React Native applications backed by a modular TypeScript, Express and PostgreSQL API. Suppliers can manage products, stock, customer-specific pricing, orders, payments and subscriptions. Retailers can browse supplier catalogues, place and track orders, submit payment proof, manage customer and vendor khata, and count cash. OTP authentication, English/Hindi localisation, push notifications, Razorpay payments and AWS S3 uploads complete the end-to-end workflow.
Outcome
Transformed a fragmented paper-and-chat process into a unified order-to-payment platform. TrueHisab gives suppliers and retailers a shared source of truth for orders, balances and outstanding dues while creating a scalable foundation for subscription-based growth.
